If you are having problems downloading items from the internet – including PDFs, programs or some websites:
First try resetting your security settings back to their default levels. You can do this by:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools
- Click Internet Options
- Click the Security tab
- Click Reset all zones to default level
- Click OK
- Close Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer
